Production manager to Ecorub

Job Summary
As Site and Production Manager at the factory in Hökmark, Lövånger, you will have overall responsibility for production, on-site personnel, and daily operations at the plant. You will report directly to the CEO and be part of the management team.

Your areas of responsibility include:
• Leading and developing production with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Personnel responsibility for production workers and technical staff.
• Planning of production, staffing, and maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Participating in product development and technical improvement projects.
• Responsibility for facilities, machinery, and maintenance plans.

Requirements and Experience
You are a confident leader with technical understanding and experience from manufacturing - preferably within plastics, rubber, polymers, or other process industries.

We believe you have:
• Several years of experience in production management or site management.
• A technical education, preferably an engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, or similar improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and an inclusive leadership style.
• An interest in sustainable production and circular materials.
• Communication skills in english and swedish.

About the company
Ecorub is a growing Green Tech company that manufactures innovative polymer products, often with a high proportion of recycled materials. Examples of products we produce include gym and horse mats made from 100% recycled material.

Our production takes place in Hökmark, Lövånger, and our products are used in gyms, stables, industries, and public environments. In Ånäset, we operate another facility together with Svensk Däckåtervinning (Swedish Tire Recycling), where we process all car tires from northern Sweden. The tires are cut into smaller pieces for recycling into new products.

We are in an exciting phase with new product lines, technological development, and increased focus on recycled materials, sustainability, and circularity. We are now expanding our sales efforts to include not only the Nordic countries but also German-speaking countries and the Benelux region.
